1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the catcrm.ro website.

2. Role of the website

catcrm.ro is the official presentation website for the catcrm. software product. It presents the platform, features, modules, licensing, packages, maintenance and support and allows visitors to submit information or quotation requests.

3. Quotation requests

Submitting a contact form does not, by itself, constitute the conclusion of a sale, software licence or services contract.

Any catcrm. purchase will be completed on the basis of the applicable quotation and licensing or contractual terms.

4. catcrm. licence

catcrm. is a software product distinct from the catcrm.ro website. Use of a catcrm. installation is subject to the applicable licensing rights.

The licence may be perpetual and may include a package, a number of users, included modules, separately activated modules and other rights specified in the applicable quotation or contractual document.

5. Packages and pricing

Packages and prices published on the website are commercial and informational. Before an actual purchase, the applicable price and terms will be confirmed in the relevant commercial documents.

Prices may change over time. Changes to the public catalogue do not retroactively change the contracted prices of an existing licence.

6. Additional modules

Certain catcrm. modules may be activated separately. Individual activation is an additional entitlement attached to the licence and does not automatically constitute a monthly subscription.

7. Additional users

The number of included users depends on the selected package. Additional users may be available under the commercial terms applicable to the licence.

8. Maintenance

The catcrm. licence is separate from maintenance. Where provided, the first year of maintenance may be included with the licence and subsequent maintenance may be renewed separately.

Expiry of maintenance does not automatically mean expiry of a perpetual licence.

9. Updates

catcrm. updates may be distributed through catcrm.ro infrastructure. Availability and eligibility depend on the applicable licence and maintenance terms.

10. Intellectual property

The catcrm.ro website, catcrm. name, visual identity, text, images, software and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws to the extent that the rights belong to the Operator or are lawfully used by the Operator.

Unauthorised copying, redistribution, commercialisation or use of the catcrm. identity in a way that suggests a non-existent affiliation is not permitted.

11. Website use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to compromise its security, transmit malicious code, abuse forms or bypass security mechanisms.

12. Website availability

We use reasonable efforts to keep the website available. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical providers or incidents beyond the Operator’s control.

13. Website information

Features, modules, availability and commercial terms may change. For an actual purchase, the accepted quotation and contractual document prevail.

14. Third-party links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. The Operator does not control their content, security or policies.

15. Data protection

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, while cookie use is described in the Cookie Policy.

16. Changes to these Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated to reflect legal, technical, commercial or service changes. The version published on the website is the current version.

17. Applicable law

These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable in Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
