2. What is catcrm.ro?

catcrm.ro is the official presentation website for the catcrm. software product. The website provides information about the platform, features, modules, licensing, packages, maintenance and support, and allows visitors to submit contact or quotation requests.

estimated number of users;
catcrm. package and modules of interest;
the content of your message;
technical information required for website operation and security, such as IP address, browser/device information and access date/time;

4. How we use the data

4.1. Responding to enquiries

We use the information submitted through the contact form to respond to enquiries, request clarifications and provide information about catcrm.

4.2. Preparing quotations

If you believe that your personal data is processed in breach of applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

In Romania, the competent authority is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

Cloudflare (processor)

To protect the catcrm.ro website against attacks and to provide a secure connection (HTTPS), we use Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare processes the IP address and the technical data of requests, strictly for this purpose. This applies only to the catcrm.ro website and the licence server; the catcrm. application installed at customers does not use Cloudflare, and its data stays on the customer's server.

Transfer of data to the USA

Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the USA and participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which the transfer is covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision. The processing is governed by Cloudflare's data processing agreement (DPA), accepted in our Cloudflare account. The technical cookies set by Cloudflare are described in the Cookie policy.
